    I think that because fs7 was not working for awhile, some halog entries including
    start-run, end-run didn't make it to halog today. Let's see if this one makes it.

    Today I added an ADC to the ROC3 readout. It adds 16 channels, the rest are
    pedestal suppressed. The purpose, which does not matter for the upcoming expt,
    but matters for GDH, is to readout BPM/raster data and bypass ROC14. This
    ADC has a 50 nsec gate to avoid saturation.

    I also investigated the alleged problem of multiple peaks in the TDC spectra for
    the trigger latch patter for trigger 1. On a scope, I did not see any after-pulsing on
    any trigger, either at the input or at the output of the trigger supervisor (the output
    which goes to the TDC in question). I see no problems in the TDC data.
    In the end it appears to be a software bug. Not a real problem.
