Upon investigation with Xiaodong, it turned out to be one slot of HV was off. In HV display for left arm "Slot 6 1461N" next to Pion Rejector is also for pion rejector. It provides HV for L2 pion rejector channels 3 to 14. Aftern turning on HV, I have signals from all these channels. However, channel 15 still does not have any signal in the raw level.
