    keyword=ROC9,10 deadtime high

    The bigbite DAQ had a big deadtime: the crates would take a burst
    of data, then die for ~1 sec.

    We traced this to a very slow network performance on ROC9 and ROC10,
    i.e. 20 - 100 kbytes/sec. The other crates are normal (10 MB/sec).
    Next we'll try to fix a network port setting, after Xin finds out
    how things are cabled.
