Hall A Coordinating Committee Minutes

Status of the Hall
------------------
After repairs, the septum has been working reliably.  The
Hypernuclear experiment is content, except for interferences
from the G0 experiment.

Hall A Review
--------------------------------
Proposals are currently being reviewed.
There are only two proposals (one jeopardy,
one new proposal) for the review process.
For the PAC one more proposal is expected
to be submitted.


New Members
------------
Gagik Gavalian from Old Dominion University
and Catherine Ferdi from Clermont-Ferrand need to 
be proposed to the collaboration as new members.

Collaboration Meeting & Analysis Workshop
-----------------------------------------
The next collaboration meeting will be held in Dec, 2004.
Hall A's preparation for the 12 GeV upgrade will be on
the agenda.

CC Elections
-------------
Elections need to be held to replace Kathy McCormick and
Dave Armstrong, the current secretary and chair, respectively.
Dave will handle the voting.
