Hall A Coordinating Committee  meeting January 4, 2007.

In attendance:  Tim Holmstrom (chair, TH), John Arrington (JA), 
		Xiaodong Jiang (XJ), Kent Paschke (KP), Kees de Jager (CdJ).


1) Proposal Review.  Hall A review of new proposals to PAC 31 
   has been performed.  TH reports 3 proposals received official
   Hall A Collaboration status.  Two others are still being considered.

   a) The three new Hall A collaboration proposals are the measurements of
   the form-factor ratio at low Q^2, DVCS and g2p. 

   b) Due to a mis-understanding on the part of the CC, the pion FF
   proposal was not reviewed with the others.  A review of this proposal
   has been initiated and should be concluded soon.

   c) The Kaon collaboration submitted a late request for CC review. An
   informational review is being conducted.  Although feedback will be provided
   to the authors, designation of Hall A status may be delayed until after 
   the PAC decision due to the late submission.

2) Annual Report.  CdJ and XJ reported the status of the Annual Report 
   compilation.  This report will be completed before PAC31 meets 
   January 29. Three sections are still not received: Beam Calorimeter (Saha), 
   nDVCS (Voutier), and pDVCS (Hyde-Wright).

3) Publication and figure databases.  CdJ wishes to emphasize the obligation 
   to submit publications to the Jefferson Lab publication database and 
   any figures from publications to the Hall A figure database.  TH agrees 
   to summarize the procedure for submissions to each database for 
   distribution to the collaboration.

4) An election will be held in the spring for new CC members. Candidates 
   are needed. Candidates should not be from UVa or Argonne Lab (since 
   continuing members will be JA and KP).
