Hall A CC Meeting Minutes
  10 September, 2008

In attendance:
  Kees, Todd, Bryan, Brad, Pete

Next Collaboration Meeting:
     Brad and Todd have agreed to organize this.
     Date should be Dec. 11-13, with analysis workshop on Wednesday
     General Talks?  Invited speaker?
     - Ideas: 12 GeV/Hall A/PAC proposal related.

Hall A Charter:
     Still need the collaboration to vote on this.
     Brad will talk with John Arrington to see what remains to be completed.

Annual Report:
     Bryan will take care of this.
     Expect the submission deadline to be November 1st.

PAC Review:
    PAC will convene around Jan 26th.
    Should have the proposal due to Hall A CC by Nov. 20th
    Pete will coordinate the efforts for submission and reviewers.

Process for Long Range Schedule:
    Should the Hall A Collaboration have an official endorsement?
    Perhaps we should urge for more time for 6 GeV running?
    Maybe have a feedback summary, signed by Hall A Members.
    Pete will check with Ron Gilman to see the Plan from the Users Group

Next Hall A CC meeting:
     Early November
     Todd will arrange the meeting time/date details.
