o Collaboration Meeting (Todd)
  - Dates confirmed to be:
      Dec. 3 (Wed):             Analysis Workshop
      Dec. 4, 5 (Thurs, Fri):   Collaboration Meeting
  - Pete will (re-?)send an announcement of the dates this afternoon

  - Borrel date/time (not discussed)
    - leave it up to Todd
    - arrange for liquor license?

  - Invited Talks:
      - Kees recommends against repeating invited talks from the last two meetings
        (SRC, etc)

      - Upcoming experiment topics
        Transversity, Parity, PVDIS, 12 GeV Moeller (w/ new solenoid?), 
        Gen/Gmn (Super BigBite)

  - Kees recommends against dedicated 'new hardware' talks.  That info can be
    integrated into the associated physics talks.

  - External Speaker suggestions:
    - gamma Z box diagram:  Gorshteyn from Indiana?
    - Xiaodong Ji
      - perhaps should be invited by Doug for standard JLab Friday talk, but
        will also be of interest to the Hall A collaboration
        - Kees will follow up with Doug on this

  - Need everyone to pass names to Todd for membership nomination
    - Xiaodong's LANL group
    - Student members

  - Some discussion of having a "Gordon Conference"-like poster session during
    the Borrel.
    - good idea, but probably too short notice for this meeting

  - January PAC will be evaluation the 6 GeV long range schedule
    - this needs discussion time during collaboration meeting
    - Kees will give his update/review talk (20 min), followed by a 20(?) min
      block dedicated to the long range scheduling

  - Todd will touch base with Ole regarding the Analysis workshop
