Hall A CC Meeting Minutes

In attendance:
  Kees, Todd, Bryan, Brad, Pete

New CC Elections:

  - Guy Ron was elected.

    -- There was some discussion on whether or not he is eligible for
    being elected to the CC, given that he is not yet a regular
    member.  Nothing in the bylaws against it.  He will be presented
    to be voted on as a regular member at the next Collaboration
    Meeting.

  - Karl Slifer was also elected

  - Changeover from old CC to new CC will happen at the CC meeting just
    before the next Collaboration meeting

  - The CC accepts the results of the voting.

  - Pete will email the collaboration with the results of the voting.

June Collaboration Meeting:

  - No Analysis Workshop, this time.

  - Bogdan requests to dedicate some time (~0.5 day) to the Super
  BigBite (SBB) for proposals and detectors.

  - Decided that the Experiment Status Reports (15+5) should take priority
  (~20 potential talks).  Then to the invited speaks.

  - Up to 4 talks slotted for SBB.

  - 20 minutes slotted for Kees' Hall Status report.

  - Borrell on Thursday Night.

  - Bryan will send out an email to the collaboration asking about new
  student members.

  - Invited speakers:
  
  -- One will be the same as Doug's Friday Seminar speaker (11am)

  -- Christian Weiss (JLab Theory Group) should be slotted for
  Thursday 1:30pm.

Next CC Meeting:
