Hall A CC Meeting Minutes

In attendance:
  Bryan, Brad, Pete, Guy, Karl

Hall A CC Chair/Secretary Elections:

  - Brad has agreed to be Chair.
  - Todd has agreed to be Secretary

Collaboration Meeting:
----------------------------------------
  Session Chairs:
  - Thursday: Morning - Todd
            Afternoon - Karl
  - Friday:   Morning - Brad
            Afternoon - Pete

  - Borrel will be in A110.
    There was a question as to who was in charge of the setup (liquor license and supplies),
    and if a lab director was invited (and if they would attend).

Next Collaboration Meeting:
----------------------------------------
  - For next summer, the Analysis Workshop should occur before, and not after the main meeting.
    This would push the main meeting to Friday/Saturday... 
      but also allow for attendees of the Users Group Meeting to attend.
    We should have one at the next collaboration meeting (fall/winter meeting).
    At least one section should involve Hall A Monte Carlo Projects (current status, and future).
    - Brad has agreed to coordinate this.

Next Hall A CC Meeting:

  - We tentatively have set a date of September 15th, for the next CC meeting.
  - Karl and Guy will have to attend remotely.
