Minutes of the Hall A CC meeting, Sept. 15, 2009
  1) Discussion of December Hall A collaboration meeting.
  a. Analysis workshop proposed for Dec. 14th, organized by Brad Sawatsky and
     Ole Hansen.
  b. General Hall A collaboration meeting proposed for Dec. 15,16.  Karl to
     arrange agenda.
  c. Suggested invited speakers/topics:  Mike Musolf, Alejandro Garcia, Stuart
     Freedman, Paul Vetter.  PVDIS, low energy SM tests, neutrinoless double beta
     decay, NuTeV.
  d. Additional requested/suggested topics:  SBBS update, Moller and PVDIS
     experiments (sugg. Paul Souder), Compton update, Moller update, PREX, DVCS,
     HAPPEX updates.
  e. Kees:  Progress report talks on past or future experiments should only be
     given if work has been done since last report.

  2) Next CC meeting proposed for Nov. 3rd, 11:00 am.

  3) 2009 Hall A Annual Report, Guy Ron will organize.
    a.  Dec. 15th contributions deadline
    b.  Jan 15th, report finished
    c.  Feb. 1st, distribute to collaboration
    d.  Any unpublished, completed experiment needs to contribute to the annual report.
    e.  Figures must be .eps and editable.
    f.  A template for contributions exists on the Hall A website.

  4) Hall A review of proposals for January PAC., Todd to coordinate.
    a. PAC proposal deadline around Dec. 11th, PAC on Jan 25th
    b. Hall A deadline is 2-4 weeks prior, around Nov. 20th
