The PVDIS experiment will measure parity violation in Deep Inelastic Scattering.  The first step in this program is a 6 GeV Hall A experiment, E08-011 (previously called E05-007). The experiment may run in 2009. We will work on the fast counting DAQ design and setup in the next year.

• This experiment was re-approved by PAC-33 for 32 days of beam time, and now called E08-011.
