The files thick15_kin#_pb_c12.dat34g contain the normalized pb and c12 ground state counts expected for
E=2.775 GeV. They are 480 channels of Emiss going from -2 MeV to 34 MeV. Thick refers to a lead foil 0.5mm
thick and the diamond foils are 0.15mm thick each. The target normal angle is at 15 deg wrt beam facing the 
right HRS ( proton spectrometer ). These spectra contain no grease.
 The counts.dat and rates.dat files correspond to the times in the proposal and to 100 uA beam current.
The electron arm bite is 65 MeV as determined by the three body kinematics from the geant spectra.
