The Max NMR measurement of Transverse pumping is about 25.3mV
corresponding to 53.6% polarization. Compared to 70% polarization UVa got
with 3x20W COMET lasers, the polarization we got is quite low. We will
increase the oven temperature to 235C to see whether it's due to the
temperature.
