keyword=JT valve at 38% and new alarm limit for HP heater
We now have beam at 96 uA, and the heatload was not enough on loop1, so I opened the JT valve to 38.0%.
When the beam trips from that high current, the HP heater reads out 780W, which is above the limits that were set (hi=600 and hihi=650). The HP limit (on the HP screen) is 650W anyway, which compensates for 100uA. With Kathy's approval, I raised the limit of the alarm handler to hi=hihi=800W.
