This entry is a followup to: 128567

I tried "rlpr -Hprtsrv -Pcha2hp file" and "lp -d cha2hp file" 
from adaql1,2,3,4,5 and 6 and they all worked except the "lp"
doesn't work on adaql1 (and I failed to fix that) but rlpr 
did work.  So with that exception (lp on adaql1) printing is fine.

I'll look into the Windows printing problem later.  There has been
at least 2 reports that stuck jobs there paralyze cha2hp.
