    keyword=Dipole scan counting mode.

    Left HRS Dipole scan for rescattering. Only the L-arm is changed.
    First do it with counting mode (spectr. DAQ). 1M event runs.

    As noted in the previous halog, the dipole is very hard to
    set : it drifts, one must change the current, and it settles
    where it wants to -- which may be ~0.2% off, so ... we take
    what we can get in a reasonable time.

    The rate and average ADC values in HAPPEX detector did
    indeed drop quickly but I need to do more careful analysis
    to make the rescattering plot. The data look good, though.

    Next we switch back to HAPPEX DAQ and will repeat the scan
    in reverse direction.
