Significant progress on cooling down the magnets have been made and we should be ready to cool down the target tomorrow. This process should take about 24 hours once started. Since magnets are now cold we can have Jack start getting the power supplies online. Alex did some work on the BPMs and the saturation problem appears to have been fixed.

Plans for the next 24 hours:

Moller commissioning for swing shift
BPM/raster calibration
Multiharp scan (MCC directed)
We will stay in beam permit overnight
07:00 we will start a BCM calibration
After BCM calibration, open hall to restricted (to be confirmed by Ed)
Work in the hall tomorrow:

Magnet power supplies
Target cooldown (needs to be scheduled)
Additional cryo work by Heidi et al.

Once the target is cooling/has cooled, target operators must be on shift, regardless of if we are taking beam or not. I will send out announcements to the collaboration once this is firm. It is my plan to stay open during the day each day until Jack has completed all power supply work.

Work to be scheduled:

Compton Tuning (tentatively Monday swing)
Arc energy measurement (Tuesday swing?)
One more shift of Moller commissioning
HRS commissioning/optics
