    keyword=Run Plan for Tues 12 SWING -> Wed 13 DAY

    The first half of day shift was spent attempting a BCM calibration. This was
    ultimately aborted due to a mismatch between the Faraday cup and 0L02 at the
    injector. That calibration was corrected in early swing shift:

    The BCM calibration for Hall A will need to be rescheduled for later in the
    week.

    The rest of day shift was used by MCC experts to optimize the injector and
    accelerator transport tune to maximize beam quality to all three Halls. We
    took a brief controlled access at 4:30pm to refill the Moller dewar and
    make a couple of other adjustments in the Hall.

    UPCOMING SHIFTS:

    When we come back up (should be soon) we will spend a few hours
    optimizing the beam through Compton region.

    The rest of SWING and OWL will be spent taking data on the LH2 and carbon
    targets. Items that should be completed include

    - Finish vertex calibration data taking
      * 50uA beam
      * Raster OFF
      * Multi-foil carbon target
      * take at least 200K events
      * quasi-elastic kinematics: p0=3.327 GeV/c

    - TEST of the Arc energy scanners should be done when Arun calls in this
      evening (should be a 10 minute test plan to confirm the hardware is working
      properly).

    - Continue with DAQ shakedown and elastics data-taking off LH2 target

    LONGER TERM ITEMS:

     * Moller run, possible mini-spin dance?
     * Arc energy measurement
        - should probably be AFTER the spin-dance in case there are minor energy
          tweaks to maximize polarization to Halls A and C
     * HRS polarity flip when calorimeter is ready
     * HRS polarity flip back after roughly 3 shifts of data taking
