Highlights:
Changed Helicity flip rate from 120 Hz to 943 Hz
Smooth production on DVCS kine 3-low
Timeline:

TrigDVCS, 2uA beam no raster, 15 cm LH2 target, beam position is
A(x,y)=0.1, -0.1, B(x,y)=0.0, 0.0. LHRS nmr locked, P0=1.494 GeV. HV
detectors are on, DC currents on calo are low (max value is ~0.1). Compton rates are ok
for data taking (~2.5 kHz/uA beam). T5 is not prescaled and rates
are ~58 Hz.
- 3:45: coda crashes at the beginning of run 8022.
