    Set target loop 2 fan to 10%.
    2:40 Target temperature for loop 1 has been systematically increasing since 2pm. We are now at 22:30K and in yellow alarm. Called Jian-Ping (target on call) as the instruction said. Jian-Ping advised to open the JT valve by a few %. We did that and the temperature is back to 22.0K.
