It seems that we have lost another 5% in the response of the downstream BCM. The attached figure shows the ratio of the charge accumulated during a run by the signal u3 over the same one by d3. The jump happened during run 9455 (December 10, 7:30 pm). According to the corresponding shift summary nothing notable was happening.
The table below shows that all signal corresponding to the downstream BCMs have dropped compare to the upstream ones.
Also note that this time around, the jump is in opposite direction compared to the previous jump (see linked halog).
APPROXIMATE BCM CHARGES (C) Run 9450 (before jump) BCM u1 : 0.003664 BCM u3 : 0.003574 BCM u10: 0.003572 BCM d1 : 0.003661 BCM d3 : 0.003587 BCM d10: 0.003586 Run 9549 (after jump) BCM u1 : 0.003652 BCM u3 : 0.003552 BCM u10: 0.003548 BCM d1 : 0.003468 BCM d3 : 0.00338 BCM d10: 0.003379
