This entry is a followup to: 359322

I completed the crl code for ROC 5: sfi5.crl located in the crl directory
under the a-onl home directory.  I had to reset the TS11 crate for the 
second time in two days, since it had locked up again.  I am not sure if
this is being caused by port scans or something else.

I then created a new CODA configuration that contains ROCs 3, 4, 5 and 
TS11, which is named LHRSROC5.  I was able to get as far as downloading 
this configuration.  Unfortunately at the prestart step, I got these 
error messages:

From past experience, either the GAC card has a problem or one of the 
modules or slots has an issue.  All the modules were previously used in 
either ROC 3 or ROC 4, so they should be okay.  I will let Ryan and 
Melissa debug ROC 5 on Monday.
