The segmentation fault still in there and I still haven't found the
reason, here is what I tried today:
1.I tried to use a configuration that just have the TS scaler crate, it
    will not happen any errors.
2.I tried to use a configuration that just take roc1 and roc2's data, and
not take TS scaler's data(delete link between the TS and EB in
the cedit),it will not happen any errors.
3.I tried to add tsTrigScal = ts->scalEvent at the end of run to see the
absolute number of triggers, this number equal to the event that roc2
got(total triggers accepted is 6792,and roc2 event is 6792), but TS
    event is 6791.
4.I tried to start a run for a while and then disconnect the trigger(I
use T8(clock) trigger for test), then end the run, the segmentation fault
    will not happen.
5.I tried to replace the TI in the TS scaler crate, this not work,
    segmentation fault will still happen
6.I tried to move TI in the TS scaler crate to branch 3, this will not
    work either,segmentation fault still happen

Also cable change is not work.

Right now TS scaler crate connected to branch 3, and I connected happex
crate back to branch 4, both has the resisters(the only crate for this
    branch).
