Melissa, Ryan and I have setup the scaler gates for the left and right arm
scalers.  For the most part, the cabling was in place from the spring.  We
connected a cable from the SG_03 output from the TM module of each TS crate
to the scaler modules (except the helicity gated modules).  

The scalers on the left HRS appear to work fine.  The scalers pause and 
clear on prestart and start counting when the DAQ is started.  At the end
of a run, the scalers momentarily pause at the time of the last scaler 
reading.

The scalers on right HRS also appear to work fine, but it was found that 
one of the LeCroy 1151 modules does not clear at prestart.  However, it 
does clear on start.  We are not sure why this happens for this module.  
The other two 1151 modules that follow this one, clear in the prestart 
stage.
