I've added ADC sync variables to the DEC class in the DB located at
/adaqfs/halla/adaq/gp/DB/20111109 . They have been added to db_DL.dat and
db_DR.dat. They are labeled as follows:

ADCsync1 Roc1  -> RHRS
ADCsync2 Roc2  -> RHRS
ADCsync3 Roc3  -> LHRS
ADCsync4 Roc4  -> LHRS
ADCsync5 Roc5  -> LHRS

To check if two ROCs are in sync, you would for example
type..T->Draw("DL.ADCsync3:DL.ADCsync3"). Next I will add these plots to
the onlineGUI.
