With the septum set at 480 amps (run 1687), we were able to see the elastic peak.  
Attached is a plot of L.tr.p, plotted as the raw variable and then with a cut on L.tr.tg_y.  The 
bottom plot shows the x and y tracking variables, with the elastic peak isolated.

The second set of plots (run 1694) has the septum set at 600 amps, and the elastic peak is no
longer visible.
