MCC confirms both fast and slow raster are off. 

MCC is adjesting HallC beam, we have no beam for about 1 hour.

beam back, start LUMI test run. see the seperate entry for data

Try to adjuest HRS_R momentum from 1.56 to 1.72, D1 takes long time to
change by regulation. Aiden has turn off D1 regulation, set the D1 by
hand to approcah the desired value, then set on D1 regulation.
