    16:00 --- Hall is in controlled access. Jack and other people are in the hall.

    18:57 --- Jack is back and he fixed the problem, so we should be able to move
    LHRS remotely.

    17:20 --- Called MCC and going to power permit now.


    19:26 --- We are in beam permit. MCC is going to send in tuned beam.


    19:38 --- We started taking data.

    Plan for the rest of the shift is as following:

    (1) Take 1-hour run: C target IN, raster OFF.
    (2) Take 1-hour run: C target IN, raster ON (raster should be +/-1 on spot++).
    (3) Take 1-hour run: C target OUT, raster ON (raster should be +/-1 on spot++).

    Beam current = 1 muA.

    NOTE: To set the momenta values to the p0 values on the "Carbon Inelastic Scan" table for Q1,
    Q2, and Q3 use following:

    Q1 = p0 * 499.8724838
    Q2 = p0 * 408.56541
    Q3 = p0 * 481.5662777

    The momenta for Q1, Q2, and Q3 are set to the first carbon scan, i.e., E0 = 1.720, p0 = 1.720GeV.


    20:16 --- Beam is down. Put target in and changed left arm momentum to setting #3,
    so Melissa can do the HV Cerenkov and pion rejector test and gain matching
    for LHRS and

    20:35 --- Beam is back at 1 muA and we started taking data with C target IN, raster OFF,
    for kinematics #3 (P0 = 1.556 GeV)

    20:59 --- No beam for a while.

    21:00 --- Beam is back.

    23:12 --- The septa currents were not in proper setting for LHRS gain matching, so we
    changed it from 481A to 435A, and going to take a few runs with 435A.
