1, The shift starts with Carbon Inelastic Scan, at setting #1 and group B.
2, We took several runs to check the faster raster size. To get a 2x2
raster size, we ask for 1.5x0.7 from MCC, where y->0.7 is their minimun
value. From the SPOT++, we estimated the size is about 2.5x2.5 from the
gaussian peaks. 
3, We started to take data on group B and group D for setting#1
4, Fast Raster gives wrong size on target. We took some raster scan runs.
Pengjia is analyzing it.
5, TS0 lost communication on Right HRS during 20994. Kill it and restart it.
6, Toby is going to work on BCM checking.
