200nA, 500nA, 1uA.

1:49 Continue with Q1 study, scan from 10% to 50%, finally set @ 30%.
Then Q2 study, runs @ -5% and -2%, set @ -2%. Last but not least, Q3
study, runs@ -5%, +5%, -2%. 

4:07 Continue with a few other beam current scan. Then turned rasters ON.
