Cherenkov plots are from cosmic run 21668
s1 plots are from cosmic run 21670. There was a double peak in the TDC signal for R.s1.rt[0]. This morning I looked at the signals for this channel on a scope and found that the signal coming out of the delay module was showing a second pulse. I swapped with delay module with one from crate 2 slot 7, and this seems to have fixed the problem.
