    Followups:

    keyword=Target motion non functional

    It seems the target has problem to move. So for tonight we will run the
"empty target" and do all the beamline stuff and maybe Moller.

Josh is thinking of making an access tomorrow to try to fix it so he can
have time to figure out the problem. If they come up with a way to fix it
we could ask for an access for them any time.
