I noticed that overnight the VDC HV had tripped for the RHRS. I came in
this morning to reset it and noticed that the LHRS had tripped as well.

It appears that the LHRS tripped but was still at 4kV when I reset the
crate. The RHRS tripped and was at 0V when I set the crate. 

Both are ramping back up now.
