Melissa and I check the s2m discriminator signal. We measured its width to be ~15ns. On the 
LHRS the same signals are ~50ns so we adjusted the width of the RHRS discriminator pulses to be 
~40ns. 

The double peak we were seeing was ~30ns away from the falling edge of the first pulse. A quick 
cosmic run points to changing this width as fixing the problem. We will continue to monitor it.
