Just a clarification: The raster coordinates are flipped from the true coordinates of the target insert, that is why the top hole is CH2 and bottom is empty in the plots, we determined this by first moving the target stick between the two holes (left plot) then moving the target stick 1mm towards the empty hole (left plot). Results are shown. Raster size and target insert offset can be calibrated from the known size of both holes.
