we use 100nA CW beam first,slow raster is 1.5V, target position is 3942550,beam position is A(-2.4,3.5),B(-4.1,1.5),run number is 3003
Then we changed the beam position to A(-0.7,3.),B(-2.4,0.6),run is 3004
Then we changed to A(-0.01,3),B(-0.9,0.6)run is 3005(in data1)
Then we changed target position to 4091425, slow raster size to 1.1V,beam current to 50nA CW,run is 3005(in data2)
Then we changed beam position to A(-0.01,4.2),B(-1.6,2),run is 3008
Then we changed to A(-0.1,2.0),B(-1.6,-0.2),run is 3010
We are in the center of the target, for new chicane setting the center position is A(-0.1,2.0),B(-1.6,0)
Before setting is A(-0.3,-1.4),B(-1.1,-2.7)
