I found happex ADC for bcm is saturated , so I changed happex ADC gain
for bcm.
before 3068 and 22153(include these two runs), the intgain is 0, conv
gain is 3
for 3069 and 22154,the intgain is 1, conv gain is 3
for 3070,3071,3072,22155,22156,22157,the intgain is 0, conv gain is 6
from 3073 and 22159, the intgain is 0,conv gain is 2
