keyword=reduced slow raster size from 1.5V to 1.45VBecause right arm slow raster ADC is saturated a little bit, I changed the slow raster size a little bit from 1.5V to 1.45V from 22201/3115 run, which will cause beam spot reduce from 2.18cm to 2.11cm. It is not saturated now. attached are spot++ of slow raster for run 22200,22201 and run 22155
