MCC was finally able to send CW beam into the Hall. We then centered the
beam on the target and began to take a TE on each target cup.


00:00 - 04:00 MCC tuning beam
04:00 - Pengjia started checking rasters. Changed beam position (0,0)
04:40 - Hall C Changing both wave plates
06:10 - Target centered, beginning TE
06:45 - MCC calls and says beam is down for helium level in beam line but
doesn't matter because we are taking a TE
