Figure 1 is run 22296 (taken Friday owl shift)
Figure 2 is run 22307, sieve in
Figure 3 is run 22310, sieve out

In run 22296, it looks as if the acceptance is being blocked by something
(possibly sieve not completely out).  In run 22310 it looks as if the
acceptance is now clear.  The rates for run 22310 (shown below) also
appear to be back to normal (T1 is the same order as T3)
