08:00 Start of shift, beam is down so MCC can reboot IOC.
10:50 MCC called to say the IOC problem was apparently a network issue. 
While
solving the network problem, a "control stopper" was automatically put
into place, causing some magnets/RF to trip off.  Techs are currently
working to fix the magnet/RF issues, then MCC will try to put beam back
in the halls.  
02:00 MCC called to say they will send tune beam
02:30 Beam is back - checked 3rd arm scaler rates and beam position using
spot++. Back to production data!
03:25 Hall C changed HWP to IN
04:00 Taking production data.  Settings still set for p=1.3405
