We were seeing missing signals from PDP, which were due to using the version of PDP from the wrong directory. This was my fault; we've been using a version of PDP from the "PDP-prejosh" directory as we've been debugging some of the problems we fixed today. When PDP was restarted, it was done following the instructions on the Wiki, as it should have been; unfortunately the Wiki did not give the correct directory.
For now we are still using PDP from the PDP-prejosh directory, but to make it confusing, we'll be switching back to the PDP directory later today once all the changes from yesterday are committed to cvs. We'll remove the PDP- prejosh directory once this happens.
