keyword=slow raster size and position changedfrom 3rd slow raster shape seems it hits something, I don't think it is the target cell chamber. Jixie tried to change position up 0.5mm, but it is getting worse. Jixie reduced the slow raster size from 1.45V(2.0cm) to 1.3V(1.8cm). but seems it is still hit something,
