I copied the script from the Compton to send the compton rates to EPICS in

/adaqfs/home/adev/scaler/thirdarm/scalchk
/adaqfs/home/adev/scaler/thirdarm/scalcompton

The script to run is 

/adaqfs/home/adev/scaler/thirdarm/scalchk/getscaler-alex

I modified it to read the 3rd arm scalers, so now the compton:RATE_E
receives the 3rd arm trigger rate.

This variable is archived so we can plot correlations with the different
positions in BPMs.
