The 3rd arm coda became slow again (dead time > 90%). Resetting bbts1 did
not help. We took a quick escorted access to check the network switch. We
found that the computer sitting next to the 3rd arm DAQ (host: srcdaq)
was hung in a weird state and we cannot ping it. It was probably
consuming all the bandwidth and it was connected to the same network
switch as others (at least that was our hypothesis). So we turned this
machine off and ran CODA down in the hall. Everything looked fine. If
this happens again during this weekend then we should probably continue
with production and take a look at it on Monday.
