David Abbott provided us with a new version of AFECS, which includes the
run control GUI. This new version allows us to set the event limit for
the DAQ. Prior to updating, I copied the Afecs-1.4 folder that we had
been using to Afecs-1.4-20oct11-ok. Then I copied the new tar file for
AFECS to Afecs-1.4. These changes are transparent to the shift worker.
