With the upgrade of the AFECS software, we can now set event limits for the
left and right HRS run control GUI's.  Here are the instructions on how
to do this procedure:

1) From the rcGUI "Options" menu select "Scheduler" and then "Program".
2) You can change the "Event Limit" by sliding the scroll bar to the desired 
setting or by typing in the desired value in the white box.  If you use 
the white box, make sure you press enter to record the value.
3) Next press the "Set" button.  The window will close automatically.

On the main rcGUI screen, the "Event Limit" field will now have the set
point that you have selected, and the background of this field will now be
yellow.

One can also set a time limit in the third field up to 600 minutes.  Also
it is possible to take multiple runs with the same event and time limits, 
i.e., CODA will stop and start the runs automatically.  

Currently I have set the event limit field to be 7 million events for 
both spectrometers.  I have left the other fields set to zero for the 
"Number of Runs" and the "Time Limit".  If CODA is restarted, then the 
default limit of zero will be used for all three fields.
