    I played with the beam position and rasters size in the past half an hour.
    In Fig 1, Total raster is 1.8 cm (slow raster 0.94V). From top to bottom, the beam was shifted to the right by 0mm, 2mm and 3mm. You can see that after shifted by 3mm it looks perfect.
    Then I tried to increase the total raster size to 2.0 cm (slow raster 1.02). Form the top to the bottom, The configurations were
    2.0 raster + 3.0mm shifted 41179
    2.0 raster + 2.5mm shifted 41180
    2.0 raster + 2.0mm shifted 41182

    Eventually we decided to stay at 2.0 raster and 2.0 mm shifted. Then we continue taking data.
