keyword=the position difference caused by currentI choose 3 position's DAQ value and EPICS value in different current(50nA,75nA,100nA), you can see the difference in the attachment. In each picture you can see three parts, each part has same position , just different current, I tagged the epics value in each part. the epics value comes from: IPM1H05A.XPOS IPM1H05A.YPOS IPM1H05B.XPOS IPM1H05B.YPOS
