    keyword=problem to analyze harp data

    I have trouble to analyze harp data with 0.5 velocity. Since the buffer
    problem the position information is missing, so I take a reconstruction
    for the index with the existed position information first(there still have
    some position information existed in the first steps), then I draw the
    picture with reconstructed index and peak. but seems it just moved to 70mm
    shown in reconstructed index and this is incorrect, it should be greater
    than 80mm(second picture of attachment). the difference of the total steps
    for each harp run before is larger than 0.5mm(sometimes 81.482155
    sometimes 81.993134) so I can not easily resize it to 81.5.
